It’s been a cool minute since I last wrote on the blog - but this is a return to action in a bold way!
Sarah Jayne and Tom’s wedding at Norton Fields Barn was so much fun - amazing people, beautiful decoration (courtesy of Sarah’s Dad, Paul - who must have the greenest fingers on planet earth to grow all those flowers), and tonnes of laughs between the showers!
We started the day off with Sarah in the morning over in Appleby Magna - big smiles all round from her wonderful bridesmaids, especially when served a full cooked breakfast halfway through hair and makeup… who can blame them!
We then split up, with Abigail staying at Sarah’s while I nipped over to Norton Fields Barn where Tom was getting ready. The light and airy suite was a dream to shoot in, loads of light and clean walls - while the outside is a perfect farmhouse courtyard ideal for portraits - not to mention just 15 minutes from my front door - big fan!
Anyway!
The day proceeded as it began, with lots more smiles and fun throughout ceremony, reception, formal shots, and into the evening dancing with Ceilidh band and marshmallow bonfiring.
An absolute banger - and not one we’ll soon forget!
